Glucogaze is a compact DIY glucose monitoring project designed to provide an affordable, always-on way to view CGM data. It connects to Nightscout and LibreLinkUp to display real-time glucose information in a clear, customizable layout at a glance, making it easy for people with diabetes and caregivers to monitor glucose levels on dedicated bedside or desk devices.
The display below shows real blood sugar data, shared from my personal setup. This is only a read-only view of my sugars, not the full interface. This project is still a work in progress, so things may break or change as I continue to develop it. It started as a personal DIY project for my own use, but if others find it helpful, feel free to explore—just be aware that features may change frequently and documentation may be incomplete or out of date.
